Space Mountain: Mission to Mars

It was another day at Space Mountain: Discovery Landing. The penguins were once again preparing for another launch. "Where are we headed this time, Skipper?" "This time, we're going to Mars." "Boys, let's get suited up." Tiana, Naveen and James all strapped on their spacesuits. "We're launching tonight." Everyone spent most of the day preparing for the launch. That night, everyone was ready. "Alright, boys. Tonight, we're launching on our most dangerous journey yet. A journey to the Red Planet." "Kowalski, activate invisible oxygen dome." "I'm on it, Skipper." "Let's light this candle!" "Mission Control, give us the go or no go for launch." "You are go for launch." "T-minus 5-4-3-2-1. Launch!" With a burst of smoke, the cannon launched their rocket out off of the dome. "Mission Control to Penguin 1. You are go at throttle up." "Copy. Go at throttle up." The rocket shot out into the sky. "Fire main thrusters, Kowalski!" "Aye-aye, Skipper!" James took the controls and set rocket to cruising speed. "Alright. You all know that a normal trip to Mars is about three months. But don't worry. We will not have to wait that long. This rocket currently has the ability to harness superspace or hyperspace. Once I press this button, we'll shoot through a cosmic vapor curtain and into superspace." "Hang on to your-" James pressed the button and the rocket blasted into superspace. "Aaaaaaah!" "Mars is just ahead." "Deploying camera drones." "Now our rocket is passing over Olympus Mons. It's not a mountain. It's a volcano." "Our camera ships are flying to get an even closer view." "Wait. What's happening? Status report, Kowalski!" "Our ships have been knocked out by a volcanic eruption." "What the deuce?!" "We've been knocked out of control!" "We're returning to earth immediately. Prepare for superspace jump." "Aaaaaaah!" "We should return to Mars soon. There's a lot more to see there."
